1. Air supply volume
(1) For example, the actual air supply volume is only 6 cubic meters per minute. However, purchasing an air compressor with 9 cubic meters per minute will result in a waste of 3 cubic meters per minute of air flow. Moreover, when the machine is started, the air supply may be excessive due to an instantaneous oversupply, resulting in shutdown or unstable air supply. The excess gas will waste and increase energy consumption.
(2) Because the selected machine uses a small amount of air, the air supply is insufficient.
(3) The design and installation are unreasonable. The pipeline is laid too long. The pressure gauge shows that the air compressor reaches the relevant pressure. However, because the pipeline is too long, the air flow is lost during the transmission process, resulting in a small actual air consumption.
2. Total gas consumption
