1. Start with pressure
Fault description: There is still pressure in the system, which causes the starting current to be too high, causing the air switch to trip.
Solution: Check the pressure gauge on the oil and gas barrel to ensure that the system has been completely depressurized. Clean up foreign matter and impurities in the unloading valve to ensure that the unloading valve is closed normally.
2. High temperature trip caused by lubricating oil
Fault description: The temperature control valve probe fails, causing the lubricating oil to be unable to control the temperature.
Solution: Replace or repair the temperature control valve, ensure that the lubricating oil is clean and replace it regularly.
3. Insufficient pressure
Fault description: It may be caused by air filter blockage, air valve failure, leakage or internal failure of the air compressor.
Solution: Replace the air filter, repair or replace the air valve, check and repair the gas leak point.
4. Abnormal noise
Fault description: It may be caused by bearing damage, loose pulley or internal failure of the air compressor.
Solution: Replace the seal, repair or replace damaged bearings, pulleys and other components.
5. Electrical failure
Fault description: Electrical connection problems, including power supply and control panel failures.
Solution: Check the electrical connection of the power supply and control panel, and replace or repair if necessary.
6. Oil and dirt
Fault description: Oil and dirt affect operating efficiency.
Solution: Clean and maintain the air compressor regularly, replace the filter element and oil-water separator.
7. The air compressor cannot start
Fault description: Power supply, control panel or motor problem.
Solution: Check whether the power is on, check the control panel settings and indicator lights, check whether the motor is damaged, and replace or repair if necessary.
8. Exhaust temperature is too high
Fault description: It may be caused by cooling system problems, oil filter blockage or insufficient coolant.
Solution: Clean the radiator to ensure good heat dissipation, replace the oil filter, replenish coolant, and ensure the normal operation of the cooling system.
9. Common minor faults of mobile compressors
Fault description: Unable to start, no air supply, low exhaust pressure, etc.
Solution: Check whether the control voltage is normal and replace the fuse. Check key components such as butterfly valves and solenoid valves to ensure that they are working properly.
10. Oil separator core blockage
Fault description: Oil separator core blockage affects the performance of the air compressor.
Solution: Check whether the oil content in the discharged condensate is too high. If so, replace the oil separator. Check whether the lubricating oil level is too high. If so, adjust it to the normal range. Check whether the oil separator and oil return pipe are blocked. If blocked, clean or replace them.
