Oil quantity monitoring: Air compressors require sufficient lubricating oil to ensure normal operation. Checking the oil volume every week to ensure that the oil level is within the normal range is the key to preventing equipment failure.
2. Regular professional maintenance
Filter element replacement: As an important component for filtering air, the filter element directly affects the performance of the compressor. To ensure efficient operation of the equipment, it is recommended to replace the filter element every 3 months.
Lubrication system updates: Air compressor oil and grease need to be replaced regularly to maintain their lubrication effect. We recommend an annual oil and grease change.
